Kat is a passionate earth advocate, literally walking the talk by traversing the entire United States in the Great March for Climate Action from LA to DC in 2014. Simultaneously, she founded WE Rotary Club of International Peace, a virtual Rotary Club. She understood then that no matter what was done to live lighter in Earth, war wipes out all progress. For 16 years, Kat has organized TEDxVail, curating over 600 talks that have inspired millions of viewers worldwide with ideas changing everything. Before dedicating herself to climate action, Kat was an accomplished aerial ski jumper, known for performing the challenging quad daffy. She still skis daily in Vail. She was in the second class of female cadets at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
