  • transfer a booking to a future Aspire event;
  • provide a credit towards a future Aspire service; or
  • issue a partial or full refund.

Any such arrangements are entirely at Aspire's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

If Aspire cancels an event or programme, participants will normally be offered a transfer, credit or refund as appropriate.

7. Changes to Events and Programmes

We occasionally need to alter speakers, venues, schedules, content or event formats.

Aspire reserves the right to modify programme content, speakers, dates, venues or delivery methods where necessary.

Such changes shall not automatically entitle participants to a refund.

8. Coaching, Training and Educational Content

Aspire's services are designed to support personal and professional development, leadership development, communication skills, coaching, change leadership and related areas.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.

No guarantees are given regarding personal, professional, organisational or financial outcomes resulting from participation in any Aspire service.
