Choose Freedom is creating a global movement of women who care deeply about the future of our world and want to make a meaningful contribution. They come from every country, culture, profession and generation, but they share a common belief: that their lives are about more than personal success.
Health matters. Confidence matters. Success matters. But many women are looking for something more. They look at inequality, poverty, conflict, environmental challenges, the wellbeing of future generations and the state of leadership in our world and wonder what they can do to help. They want their lives to count for something bigger than themselves. Choose Freedom exists for women who want to become free enough to make their fullest contribution to the world.
The Evolution
For more than 25 years, Aspire has supported women and allies to create positive change in their organisations, communities and lives. In 2025, we launched the 1 Million Change Leaders by 2030 initiative because we believed the world needed more people willing to step forward and make a difference. That belief remains.
As our conversations with women around the world deepen, we realise something important. The world does not need women to change. It needs more women to be free. Free to recognise and use their unique gifts and talents. Free to find their voice and speak up for what matters. Free to challenge expectations that have kept them small. Free to champion the causes they care about and bring others with them. Free to contribute fully to creating a better future for our world. And free to do all of this in ways that are healthy, sustainable and true to who they are.
Choose Freedom is the natural evolution of that vision. Building on Aspire's original vision to inspire and empower 1 Million Change Leaders by 2030, Choose Freedom is creating a global movement of women who want to change the world.
