Dr Patricia Gestoso is a seasoned technologist and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience at the forefront of digital transformation, AI, and scientific simulation. As Founder of Gestoso Consulting, she partners with executives to architect responsible AI strategies that drive sustainable growth while upholding ethical standards.

At Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA, Patricia serves as Director of Support and Technology Council member, where she shapes enterprise software evolution for global scientific organisations. She advances gender equity in corporate leadership as UK Partnerships Lead for European Women on Boards.

A regular keynote speaker and published author, Patricia’s work illuminates critical connections between AI ethics, inclusive design, and sustainable innovation. She is a reviewer for AI ethics journals and EU research programs and has been recognised among the UK’s most influential women in technology.

Patricia holds a Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry, a coaching certification, and has won multiple awards as an inclusion strategist. She is completing her forthcoming book exploring how women in tech succeed worldwide.
