You are welcome to arrive any time after 1pm. Settle, connect, walk the grounds, enjoy the setting and begin to step out of the pace of everyday life.  Dinner at 6pm and an opening conversation to set the tone for the days ahead.

“Life” – Retreat Day 1 | Tuesday 8th December, 2026 

Official start day to the retreat. The first day focuses on the part of leadership many people avoid because it is so close to home. We look at the mental, emotional and social patterns that quietly shape our work and our lives. The beliefs that drain our energy. The habits that keep us over stretched. The ways we may have learned to prove, over give or hold everything together without asking what it is costing us. We explore integrated health, vitality, sustainable performance and how we resource ourselves to hold ambition, love, laughter and joy at the same time. This day is about creating a stronger foundation for the life, work and world contribution you are here to make.

• Restore and sustain physical, emotional and cognitive energy levels for life, health span and longevity.
• Transform emotions of guilt, fear, boredom, loneliness and irritation that hold you back from the life and leadership you are here to claim.
• Navigate workload and competing demands, restore energy, reduce tiredness, exhaustion and burnout.
• Develop mastery in time leadership and prioritisation.
• Build a rhythm of life that is aligned with your biology, life stage and personal values.
• Connect with yourself again and find a sense of balance that is not static, but dynamic, free and responsive.

“Work” – Retreat Day 2 | Wednesday 9th December, 2026

Your leadership, your future, your passions, your next move. The second day turns to your work,  stepping into greater leadership, influence and visibility or recognising that you are at a turning point and need to think differently about your work and career future. We will figure out what that looks like, what is actually in the way and the gap between what you are capable of and what you are currently allowing. We will also ask bigger questions. Do you want to advance? Pivot? Build something new? Move into work that is more aligned with what matters most to you? This is where you get clearer on your direction and determine the decisions needed to move forward.

• Define success beyond expectations and shape a future career that reflects who you truly are.
• Uncover the patterns that limit your growth and replace them with conscious, expansive choices.
• Gain clarity on your next bold career step and leave with a grounded way forward.
• Lead from radical authenticity, ethics and inner authority and shift how others experience and respond to you.
• Connect with your purpose and transform your work into a source of meaningful impact.

“World” – Retreat Day 3 | Thursday December 10th, 2026

Official end day to the retreat. The final day widens the lens. We are living through a time of global complexity and fragility. We feel a deep pull towards change but do not always know how to translate that into action. Together, we explore the causes and issues that matter most to you, the future you will help shape and the practical role you can play within that. Not as a fantasy, not as a distant idea but something real, thoughtful and possible. The retreat ends with tangible plans, commitments and a knowing of how your life, work and world connect to the change you want to create. We will close with a fun time of celebration drinks and food at Cafe Habana in Malibu.

• Pursue a calling towards changing systems, not just succeeding within them.
• Influence corporate culture, equity and inclusion at a deeper level and engage with wider societal issues and impact.
• Challenge existing norms and ask better, braver questions.
• Develop your bold points of view, platform of influence and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Determine what meaning, contribution and legacy really is for you and future generations.

Departures | Friday 11th December, 2026

Breakfast, enjoy the grounds or visit the beach or shops. Time to leave thoughtfully, with way more clarity and peace than when you arrived. Leave the retreat by 1pm.

The registration fees covers the full retreat experience, which includes the three-day workshop, four nights accommodation (private room with shared bathroom with one other adjacent room), all meals and tea/coffee. Please note that vegetarian options are available but other dietary needs cannot be catered for at this venue. Participants can bring and store own food if needed. The registration fee does not include the final event drinks and dinner at Cafe Habana in Malibu or any other excursions.

WIFI is available at the retreat but limited mobile/cell reception.The retreat does feature disability access. It includes a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible car parking, accessible paths and walkways and accessible accommodation and meeting space.

Flights and transportation to retreat not included. Closest airports are LAX and Burbank. Transportation to venue would need to be arranged separately (taxi, Uber, private car, car hire). Parking is available at the retreat at no cost.
