Part One | Coming Home to Yourself
A conversation about body, health and what it means to live with greater ease, self compassion and presence in your own life.
We live much of our lives from the neck up. Managing, coping, pushing through. Somewhere along the way many of us stop listening to the quiet intelligence of our bodies and the truth they are trying to share with us.
We will explore how stress, pressure and expectation live in the body, how modern notions of health often override self trust and what it actually means to feel at home in your own skin again. This is a conversation about ease rather than effort, presence rather than performance and compassion rather than critique.
If you feel tired of managing yourself, disconnected from your body or restless in ways you cannot quite articulate, this session offers a different starting point. One rooted in listening, gentleness and truth. You will leave with fresh perspectives, simple reflective practices and a renewed sense that life does not have to feel this hard.
