Ahead of International Women’s Day, I’m convening a global leadership conversation for people who influence organisational culture and care deeply about how performance, people and social responsibility are held together in practice.
International Women’s Day 2026 carries a clear global call from the United Nations:
“Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls.”
In workplaces, that question becomes very practical, very quickly: what does justice look like in the meetings we run, the talent decisions we make, the voices we amplify, and what kind of culture is reinforced when performance, profit and pace collide with wellbeing, fairness and responsibility?
This virtual session is for people who influence culture formally or informally and who care about building organisations that are inclusive, commercially sound, and conscious of their wider impact on society and the planet. It looks honestly at where inclusive cultures quietly erode during periods of burnout and constant change, and what leaders can do practically and credibly to restore trust, fairness and performance without adding another initiative or layer of noise.
This session will resonate strongly with people in senior and influential roles and it also reflects a belief I’ve held for over two decades: culture is not shaped by hierarchy alone. People of different ages, backgrounds, countries and career stages bring challenge, richness and perspective and that diversity is part of what makes these conversations powerful.
This is not an International Women’s Day panel or a performance. It is a moment to think, debate the realities and choose action.
