SUMMARY:Rights. Justice. Action. At Work. (A different IWD conversation)
DESCRIPTION:Rights. Justice. Action. At Work.\nA senior leadership conversation on inclusive culture\, performance and responsibility \nREGISTER VIA ZOOM HERE PLEASE REGISTER DIRECTLY VIA ZOOM. THIS IS A FREE EVENT \nAhead of International Women’s Day\, I’m convening a global leadership conversation for people who influence organisational culture and care deeply about how performance\, people and social responsibility are held together in practice. \nInternational Women’s Day 2026 carries a clear global call from the United Nations:\n“Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls.” \nIn workplaces\, that question becomes very practical\, very quickly: what does justice look like in the meetings we run\, the talent decisions we make\, the voices we amplify\, and what kind of culture is reinforced when performance\, profit and pace collide with wellbeing\, fairness and responsibility? \nThis virtual session is for people who influence culture formally or informally and who care about building organisations that are inclusive\, commercially sound\, and conscious of their wider impact on society and the planet. It looks honestly at where inclusive cultures quietly erode during periods of burnout and constant change\, and what leaders can do practically and credibly to restore trust\, fairness and performance without adding another initiative or layer of noise. \nThis session will resonate strongly with people in senior and influential roles and it also reflects a belief I’ve held for over two decades: culture is not shaped by hierarchy alone. People of different ages\, backgrounds\, countries and career stages bring challenge\, richness and perspective and that diversity is part of what makes these conversations powerful. \nThis is not an International Women’s Day panel or a performance. It is a moment to think\, debate the realities and choose action. \nWednesday 4 March 2026\n7:00–7:45am PST | 3:00–3:45pm UK | 4:00–4:45pm CET (30 minute keynote and 15 minutes Q&A)\nLive global Zoom webinar\nRecorded (for registered participants)\n \nOpen to women and men. Because inclusive cultures are not built by half the organisation.

Learn more here \nLocation\nThe Constance Boardroom & Lounge at Coldbath Square\, London\, UK \nThis elegant boardroom in our building is named after Lady Constance Lytton\, a prominent figure in the women’s suffrage movement in the UK. Though she was born and raised in the privileged ruling class of British society\, she went undercover as a working class woman  to draw attention to the suffrage movement. SUMMARY:10 Month In-Person Programme: Phoenix 2025: Leadership for Transforming Self\, Business and Society
DESCRIPTION:Phoenix: Leadership for Transforming Business and Society is Aspire’s new core programme for 2025\, delivered through three connected in-person 2 day events – Take Flight\, Achieve the Impossible and Pioneer Change combined with six virtual coaching and accountability webinars throughout the year. \nWhether you want to define your next chapter\, advance your leadership\, inspire high performing teams\, change the world or all the above. Our unique experiential and diverse attendee approach allows for multiple goals and projects to be achieved and help to be exchanged. \nJoin Dr Sam Collins\, CEO and Founder Aspire and start with Take Flight\, where you’ll get clear about the vision and strategy you want to create\, the programme moves through Achieve the Impossible\, where you’ll develop communication and influence skills to handle challenges\, and culminates in Pioneer Change\, where you’ll learn to embed the lasting skill of resilience. \nWhy attend?\nFor you: Because you’re ready to transform yourself and make a bigger impact and you know the old ways aren’t working.\nFor your organisation: Because leaders who can blend analytical thinking with intuitive intelligence create better results.\nFor the world: Because we need more people who can think bigger and contribute towards societal change. \nStill not sure? Ask yourself: \n\nDo I know exactly what I want to create in 2025 and beyond?\nAm I thinking big enough about my potential impact?\nDo I have the tools and network to create genuine transformation?\n\nIf you answered no to any of these – and you’re ready to do something about it. Welcome to Phoenix. \nWhat is Phoenix?\nPhoenix is where transformation happens. Not through PowerPoint presentations or lectures\, but through Dr Sam Collins’ unique and tested approach to collective intelligence (CQ). \n \nLet’s be clear: if you’re looking for a comfortable day out of the office\, this isn’t it. But if you want to create real change – in yourself\, your organisation and the wider world – you’re in the right place. \nThis programme helps you get crystal clear about what you want to change and why it matters.  In an increasingly AI world\, our human skills – like vision creation\, genuine intuition\, real empathy and deep understanding – are becoming our edge. \nWho is it for?\nTeam leaders\, managers\, directors and executives from across different industries and sectors who: \n\nUnderstand that learning\, education and a broad network is key to their success.\nAre successful SUMMARY:ASPIRE YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAMME – “Leadership Vitality”
DESCRIPTION:Event Sold Out!\nThis workshop forms part of our young women and girls leadership programme. We believe that young women at critical junctures in their lives should have access to empowering tools\, inspiration and community to help them soar in their lives and future careers and equip them to become our next generation and leaders. \nVitality is critical to success and fulfilment. Stress and extreme lack of time are widespread\, and our culture traditionally emphasises only the tasks and resilience to cope\, which is only part of the picture. We are living in a new era where vulnerabilities can become strengths\, what used to be stigma becomes humanity and people must believe that they belong\, and they can bring their authentic self to work. Leadership Vitality encompasses health\, vibrance\, belonging\, spirit\, and verve — terms rarely found in leadership textbooks. \nWhat Makes Us Different?\n\nThe first company in the UK and a 22 year track record of running inspirational\, research-supported workshops designed specifically for the needs and aspirations of women.\nOur courses are not about women changing or being ‘fixed’\, they are about skill development\, the world needing to catch up with women and what we can do to accelerate that change.\nHighly interactive and coaching based approach.\n1-for-1 sponsorship initiative ensures that every paying participant is also a catalyst for another young woman’ to attend fostering a supportive\, pay-it-forward community of female leaders.\nSmall group of up to 12 allowing for a unique and personal experience.\n\nWhat Makes Us Different?\n\nThe first company in the UK and a 22 year track record of running inspirational\, research-supported workshops designed specifically for the needs and aspirations of women.\nOur courses are not about women changing or being ‘fixed’\, they are about skill development\, the world needing to catch up with women and what we can do to accelerate that change.\nHighly interactive and coaching based approach.\n1-for-1 sponsorship initiative ensures that every paying participant is also a catalyst for another young woman’ to attend fostering a supportive\, pay-it-forward community of female leaders.\nSmall group of up to 12 allowing for a unique and personal experience.\n\nSponsorship Programme\nAt each Aspire event\, 50% of the participants sponsor the other 50% to attend. Every paying participant is a sponsor for someone who doesn’t have the means at the moment for whatever reason to attend an Aspire event\, providing them with access to the same enriching experience and networking opportunities as the other. It’s where one woman’s investment multiplies into a community of support and encouragement\, a ripple effect that will extend far beyond the event itself. Learn more here \nLocation\nThe Constance Boardroom & Lounge at Coldbath Square\, London\, UK \nThis elegant boardroom in our building is named after Lady Constance Lytton\, a prominent figure in the women’s suffrage movement in the UK. This room is designed to embody Constance Lytton’s courage and inspire the next generation of women leaders. It is an ideal setting for training young women and girls\, providing them with the inspiration and skills they need to champion gender equality. Let it be a space where the torch of activism is passed on\, where young minds are fuelled with determination to make a difference. \nWho Attends?\nThis workshop is for high potential young women age 14 to 16 years old who have ambitions\, goals and dreams to be successful and make a difference in the world. Places booked for this course need to be done so by a responsible adult teacher\, parent or guardian. Young women attending also need to be accompanied by an adult (there are plenty of great places in our building for adults accompanying attendees to relax\, connect with others and catch up on emails). We are also able to provide letters to schools about this course.

Though she was born and raised in the privileged ruling class of British society\, she went undercover as a working class woman  to draw attention to the suffrage movement. When she was imprisoned for protests\, she used an alias to avoid receiving special treatment. Her commitment to the cause continues to be remembered and honoured in this room and in our ongoing aspirations for equality. \nWho Attends?\nThis workshop is for women who aspire to or are already in manager or senior manager positions and who have ambitions\, goals and dreams to be successful\, have work/life balance and make a difference in the world. We welcome male allies and all genders with similar aspirations.
