A one day Aspire experience for women who know they are capable of more than simply climbing the next rung of the ladder.

For twenty five years, Dr Sam Collins, Founder of Aspire has been helping women build successful careers, strengthen their leadership, communicate with greater impact and navigate increasingly complex workplaces.

Yet, as we look at the conversations we are having with women today, we see a new question emerging.

Rather than gathering in a hotel conference room or corporate office, we will spend the day at the beautiful Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in the heart of the City of London. Hidden amongst the glass towers and busy streets is a peaceful oasis of gardens, historic buildings and inspiring spaces that feel a world away from the pace of everyday life.

It is the sort of venue that naturally encourages different conversations. People slow down. They think differently. They connect more deeply with what drives them. It feels less like attending an event and more like stepping out of your normal routine and giving yourself permission to reflect on bigger questions and the future you want for yourself and others.
